“雙減”求實效，“視導”促提升 Seek Results and Promote Improvement

      為促進“五項管理”和“雙減”政策在學校的落實，剖析新形勢下一年級的課堂教學，促進課堂提效和質量提升，我校校聘名師、骨干教師組成視導團隊，對一年級教師的課堂教學、作業批改、課堂常規等方面進行綜合視導。

      In order to promote the implementation of the Five Management and Double Subtraction policies in the school, analyze the classroom teaching of the first grade under the new situation, and promote the improvement of classroom efficiency and quality, our school hired famous teachers and backbone teachers to form a guidance team to conduct comprehensive guidance for the classroom teaching, homework correction, classroom routine and other aspects of the first grade teachers.

      本次教學視導在隨堂聽課及班級常規觀察中了解一年級教師們在“雙減”政策下開展教學的情況以及落實減負不減質的實施路徑。聽課后，視導組成員與上課老師進行議課，既指出了老師在教學過程中的閃光點，又對老師們的教學提出了許多合理化的建議，助力教師成長和提升教學實效，同時也為“雙減”工作的落實起到了助推作用。
